As a client-centered therapist, Ms. Grant firmly believes in the inherent power within each individual to heal themselves. Utilizing solution-focused therapy, she empowers her clients to discover the solutions to their challenges from within. Valuing diversity, Ms. Grant addresses issues such as ableism, ageism, racism, self-identity, stress, and low self-esteem that impact mental health.
